"Kyochon" means a village with a Buddhist temple. It connotes a sophisticated, intellectual town. Kyochon Manhattan is our sophisticated US Flagship and is unlike any of the other 1,000+ locations throughout the US, Korea, and China. Our dine-in service is available every evening and during that time, the restaurant space is transformed. As the sun sets, Kyochon Manhattan becomes the fun, trendy restaurant that mid-town Manhattan has been waiting for. The sleek design and stunning modern decor compliment the low lighting and booming music to provide a cool late night atmosphere. The NY Times raves,"Kyochon becomes an entirely different experience: a host standing at what had seemed like a useless lectern at lunch directs you up the sweeping glass staircase past a wall of flat-screen TV’s blasting videos while waiters cross the packed room with trays of shot glasses filled with mango soju. Earlier, it was a fast-food joint. Now, Kyochon is the party you hit before karaoke.
