It is a story about a middle-aged woman named L?, whose job is as a corpse collector in the Mekong Delta: throughout her work, she has to fight Ma Da, a false soul who lives under the dark water. To strike back, Ma Da kidnapped Nhung, who is L?'s 9-year-old daughter. L? has to reach out for help to rescue Nhung and find out the secrets about the Ma Da ghost.
