Bond 45 is located right in center of the theater district, within easy walking distance to every major Broadway show. Housed in a building that is a theater district landmark, Bond 45 pays homage to old New York. The Ziegfeld Follies began in the building back when it was the Hammerstein Theater. Older New Yorkers will remember it as the Bond clothing store, a staple of any classic Times Square panorama, famous for its gigantic sign and its offer of "two pairs of pants with every suit!"
