Whether ten years at the creatively-named Diner in Williamsburg left long-time chef Caroline Fidanza feeling lost at sea is up for debate, but the quasi-nautical opening of Saltie is certainly a new beginning, with the cafe size and ambiance and full-to-overflowing menu of sandwiches on tap.
