The Millennium UN Plaza is a deluxe class hotel located 8 miles from La Guardia Airport, 16 miles from JFK International Airport, and 18 miles from Newark Airport. The Millennium is a grand hotel with 427 guest rooms with a choice of classic, junior suite, or traditional styles. 275 spacious guestrooms, all with panoramic views of East River or the New York City skyline, have recently been converted into Millennium Classic rooms. Classic rooms have the feel of a contemporary, upscale residential apartment, with a friendly but sophisticated ambience. Neutral tones are punctuated with bright accents and liberal use of woods to lend a restful air. Newly installed telecommunications technology and lighting are highly functional without detracting from a cozy, warm atmosphere. Such touches as Knoll Soho ergonomic chairs, large desks and well stocked mini bars further ensure comfort. Other amenities include hairdryers, toiletries, individual climate control, am/fm alarm clock radio, in room safes, 2 dual line phones, modem/fax/computer ports, voice mail and iron/ironing boards.

Adding to the convenience and grace of the Millennium is its featured grill and lounge. The ambiance at the Ambassador Grill is casually elegant, and the menu features an international selection. After dinner, guests are invited to enjoy a nightcap at the plush and exclusive Ambassador Lounge. The Millennium UN Plaza offers onsite dining, and is convenient to shopping and entertainment.
