Chef Kanlaya Supachana, formerly of nearby Kao Soy, brings an exquisite take on Northern Thai in this Red Hook pop-up. While she searched for permanent digs, she has set up shot in the Home/Made cafe space.

With a menu of spicy small plates, excellent curries and seasonal grilled meats, Supachana bucks the recent trend of Issan style Thai, and instead pivots Northern Thailand, and the ancient city of Chiang Mai, from which the restaurant gets its name.
